The purpose of King’s Kids Preschool is to assist parents in nurturing the development of their child’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, physical, and spiritual growth in a setting that exhibits the love of the Spirit and freedom to develop the gifts God has given.
In a caring and positive atmosphere, we create a warm, happy place for preschoolers to learn. As we bridge the gap from home to school, we guide children in the love of our Lord. We strive to model this love and respect for one another, for God, and for all the wonders of His world.
Young children learn through play. Classroom routines encourage active involvement and meaningful exploration. Schedules are designed to balance structure and free choice, as well as active and quiet times. The Creative Curriculum for Preschool is the curriculum that is used at King’s Kids Preschool. We will explore God’s word through stories, songs, artwork, and in our everyday play.
Recognizing that children grow in different stages, we treat each child as an individual. We teach the love of learning by allowing children to experience their own level of development through activities that are individually as well as developmentally appropriate.
